First off let me say that I love everything by ARR, her guys are just my type of alpha: bossy, arrogant and sexy! With that being said, I didn't love Until Sage. Out of all the stories so far in this entire series, this was the weakest to me. First, these are books that you HAVE to have read the previous ones or you will be lost. That's cool, I knew that from the last book where it kinda just jumped right into the story. But this one gave almost ZERO back story and basically skipped real quick over the parts they did mention. I for one would have loved to seen the interaction with Sage and Kelly. If only for a paragraph. Sage and Kim's story, I felt we could have done without. It just didn't progress anything along in the series other than to catch us up on the other Mayson clan favorites and towards, like the last page, introduce us to Sages sister whose been absent the entire series. I will still read the rest, but unlike the others, I probably won't re-read this one.Product details

I love the Until Series. It's one of my favorites, but I feel the tiniest bit let down by this book, which has been building up since Until Jax.
I don't really understand the plot, like what was the central conflict? It started out as the fight about what Kelly did (which the readers didn't get to see), but this was almost too easily resolved. I am also a little confused about the whole Kelly episode. Did he not call her Kim once? Did he not bring up any of the stuff they said or did? Didn't he wonder why she was treating him like a stranger?
Then there was the conflict of Kim having kidney failure. It seems pretty serious; however, the readers never get to see her sick. She's FINE through the whole story...which makes me wonder why this is even an issue? Also, Sage freaking out was complete overkill, and Kim had every reason to leave because his reaction seemed pretty violent and uncalled for.
There was the issue of Kim's mother and the guilt over Kelly, but again Everything gets easily resolved. There really isn't any tension.
Plus, what is up with all the horrible women? Why are all the mothers negligent and abusive? Why are all the exes psychotic? This occurs in almost every book in the series, and it's getting a little old.

When Until Sage hit my kindle I was extremely excited, I have wanted to see what was behind the issues of Sage and Kim. I loved Until Sage, I have loved all the Until books and Sage he is another sexy, alpha, bad@$$ addition to the Mayson clan. If you are unfamiliar with Sage he is the adopted son of Nico and Sophie so he doesn’t believe that the boom would happen for him or really even believe in it. Well that is until Kim. (See what I did there ;) )
When we learn the reason why they are not together and Sage’s reaction when he sees Kim after it happens well let me just say I wanted to grab Sage and knee him in the balls. Now don’t get me wrong I could see why he would feel that way but $@! he was an @$$%^&*. That temper of his is quick; he reacts before he thinks at times and that is something that could cost him his chance with Kim. But here is the thing, a real man knows when he has screwed up, and knows to make it right. Sage does just that but I also understood why he would feel the way he did about certain things, and no I am not telling you read the book to find out. His boom is with Kim.
I felt for Kim on so many levels. Her sister and her death, her feelings for Sage, the way her birth mom treated her and so many other factors had my heart hurting for her more than once. She at times may come across as a little bit weak but she has strength that comes out when needed. I thought that these two were meant for each other, they have a shared connection, they have chemistry that is off the charts, and they have so much more that makes the relationship between these two so special.
I loved Until Sage; from the beginning until the very end I loved it. Aurora Rose Reynolds has written another book that I plan to read again and again. She writes some of my absolute favorite book boyfriends, I did try to claim Sage by licking him but a certain person *cough cough Natasha* wouldn’t let me. I can easily shout that Until Sage needs to be on your TBR lists, come experience the boom for yourself and see why this book whore loved Until Sage as much as I did.
Girl meets boy there’s an insta-attraction/strong feelings. They get together, something happens to tear them apart, they get back together. Boy bosses girl around because he’s claimed her, makes decisions for her without asking, but girl is okay with it because she’s in love with him. Their relationship moves along super fast, soon their moving in together talking about getting married. At that point I didn’t have any interest left in the story, so I mainly just skimmed the rest. The Until spin-off series has lost the magic. I was expecting something different with “Until Sage” the plot had a lot of potential but unfortunately it was just same old same old for me. Didn’t really care for the characters, too many inconsistencies in the story, and just overall a really boring read.
